Chromocat Press gift vouchers are ideal gifts for photographers and artists. They are redeemable on all our products and services, including large-format giclee prints, fine-art greeting cards and digitisation of original artworks.
Vouchers can also be used for scanning and retouching of old films, slides or photos.
Chromocat Press gift vouchers can be sent as a physical voucher or e-voucher with your personal message. You can choose to have the voucher either sent to you or direct to your recipient. Whichever you choose, we don't charge for delivery.
We process and send vouchers within 2 working days. For physical vouchers, please allow postage time.
Gift vouchers are redeemable for any of our products and services and, best of all, they never expire.

To ensure the best possible prints from your digital files, please upload files with the following specifications.
Formats
We accept Photoshop (PSD), JPEG and TIFF files for printing. TIFF is our preferred format, especially if you want large-format prints.
Colour Space
All files must be RGB (not CMYK) and we recommend using either Adobe RGB (1998) or ProPhoto RGB colour profiles.
Resolution and dimension
Your files should be at least 300dpi (ideally 600dpi) resolution – the larger you want to print, the higher the resolution needs to be. High resolution files will be larger in size (kb, mb, gb).
The digital image should also be the right dimensions for the size of print that you order. Files at incorrect dimensions or aspect ratio may be cropped or distorted, so if we see that your file doesn’t match the size you ordered we will contact you to discuss your options.

Borders
We add an approximately 4mm handling border to all standard and custom size prints unless you tell us otherwise. This allows for safe handling and easy framing of your prints. Let us know if you would like it printed borderless.
If you require a larger border, you must include it in your image file, and the print size you order should include the border.
Fine art greeting cards have a 5-7mm border as standard, but can be printed borderless if you prefer.
Canvas borders allow for stretching on a frame. As the borders are visible on the sides of the final framed canvas, you can choose how this will look when you order your canvas print.
Sending your files
You can upload your files from the order page. If you have a large number of files to send us, or your files are particularly large .tiff files, it may be quicker to send them via our WeTransfer service (chromocatpress.wetransfer.com) or email them to us at stephen@chromocatpress.com
